Two variations of book covers for Moby Dick, a novel written by Herman Melville in 1851. The story features a man named Ishmael who describes the captain of the Pequod, Ahab's obsession with finding the giant sperm whale that bit off his leg at the knee. Both concept features a Victorian style etching of a wooden prosthetic leg that have different takes on how to view the story.
